Aspen Food & Wine
CWH North America welcomed 40 members to the rooftop of Mollies Aspen for a One Night Only dinner surrounding Sustainability. In this spirit, Ash managed end-to-end production including sourcing local Denver artist Maki Teshima to install her botanical-dyed silks inside the clear tent, creating a dynamic and ever-moving art piece to sit beneath during dinner. On the table we gifted each member a hand-dyed handkerchief made of recycled materials and printed menus on seed paper. Chef Jordan Hayes provided a farm-to-table three-course meal paired with wines from Grounded & Co.
